Consulting Times

11:00am to 1:00pm of the second and fourth Thursday of each month.

Fast delivery of Appliances

CA has a large and well-stocked warehouse.

CA's office and warehouse staff aim to pick, pack and despatch within 2-3 days of receiving a Member's completed Order Form. A large majority are despatched on the day of receipt or the following day.

Our over-the-counter free pick-up service is available to all Members, family or carers able to travel to our Stanmore office.

Hours of Business

Monday to Thursday: 9.00am to 4.00pm
Friday: 9.00am to 2.00pm

Except on Public Holidays, stocktake days and over Xmas / New Year.

Transferring from another Association?

If you wish to transfer to CA of NSW from another Stoma association, then we will recognise your existing paid-up membership and provide you with CA of NSW membership FREE* until the end of the financial year (July to June) during which you can join CA of NSW.

Simply ask at the counter or phone Jenny on (02) 9565 4315.

* Please provide details of your existing Association membership as proof of your current financial status.
* Please also note that in accordance with SAS requirements, you are required to cancel your existing membership when you transfer to another association.
* CA of NSW's normal Annual SAS Access Fee will apply from the start of the next financial year (1 July). This fee (ie. Full: $45.00 and Concession: $35.00) already complies with Government guidelines.
* Normal postage and handling fees are applicable with effect from the date of joining CA of NSW.
* War Veterans cost are covered by Veterans Affairs.
